The report says both players have accepted the terms offered by the Premier League club.
Khusanov joined Manchester City from French side Lens in January 2025 on a four-and-a-half-year contract that was originally due to expire at the end of 2029.
The 21-year-old defender made 21 Premier League appearances for City last season, establishing himself as a regular option in the squad.
Doku, who has been with Manchester City since 2023, featured in 30 Premier League matches last season, scoring five goals and providing five assists.
