Manufacturing sector companies contribute over 41 trillion UZS to tax revenue in a year
In 2023, the manufacturing sphere's taxpayers paid around 41.6 trillion UZS in taxes, with a significant share attributed to a group of 20 taxpayers out of more than 67,000.

Entities like Uzbekneftegaz (4.78 trillion UZS), UzAuto Motors (2.52 trillion UZS), and UzBAT (2.39 trillion UZS) stand out as the sector's largest contributors, excluding NMMC and AMMC.
While the total tax incentives amounted to 14.35 trillion UZS, the most significant industrial companies received 2.55 trillion UZS, with Uz-Kor Gas Chemical (899.1 billion UZS) and UzAuto Motors (824.6 billion UZS) benefitting from nearly two-thirds of these incentives.
Breaking down the tax revenues, the Value-Added Tax (VAT) stood at 6.5 trillion UZS, excise tax at 3.7 trillion UZS, subsoil use tax at 2.1 trillion UZS, profit tax at 1.9 trillion UZS, personal income tax at 1 trillion UZS, social tax at 921.7 billion UZS, property tax at 642.3 billion UZS, land tax at 343.2 billion UZS, water resource usage tax at 110.6 billion UZS, and other taxes collectively amounted to 1.5 trillion UZS.
