Export of industrial products and services brought Uzbekistan $6.8 billion over 12 months of 2021
In 2021, Uzbekistan’s foreign trade turnover amounted to $42.1 billion, exports being recorded at $16.6 billion and imports – at $25.5 billion.
According to the State Statistics Committee, the structure of exports during the reporting period was as follows:
• Industrial products - $4.3 billion
• Services - $2.5 billion
• Food and live animals - $1.4 billion
• Chemical products - $1.1 billion
• Mineral fuels and lubricants - $890 million
• Various finished products - $785 million
• Machines and equipment - $694 million
• Non-food products - $514 million
The structure of imports:
• Machines and transport equipment - $8.3 billion
• Industrial products - $4.7 billion
• Chemical products - $3.6 billion
• Food products - $2.5 billion
• Services - $1.7 billion
• Various finished products - $1.4 billion
• Mineral fuels and lubricants - $1.5 billion
• Non-food products - $1.2 billion
