President: Do deputies know how to pose questions?

On June 21, at the XX plenary session of the Senate of Oliy Majlis, the head of state spoke about the work of the local council of deputies.

Do deputies have potential to control executive activity? Do they know how to ask questions? This is a separate matter. They work in the general plan, there are no concrete proposals. We have got used to receive less proposals for a long time.
